Oct. 29, 2013, Senator Richard Blumenthal (D CT) introduced S. 1602 a bill to establish in the Department of Veterans Affairs a national center for the diagnosis, treatment, and research of health conditions of the descendants of veterans exposed to toxic substances during service in the Armed Forces, to provide certain services to those descendants, to establish an advisory board on exposure to toxic substances, and for other purposes.   1. This bill does not cover all the children of VIETNAM WAR VETERANS. Only Boots on the ground. My granddaughter is a birth defect registry poster child left out as well as my daughter. This bill should cover ALL CHILDREN AND GRAND CHILDREN OF ALL AGENT ORANGE VETERANS. INSISTED AND OUT SIDE OF VIETNAM. THIS BILL IS WRONG AND I AM TOTALLY Against it.
