on Veterans’ Affairs, submitted the following R E P O R T [To accompany H.R. 299]
[Including cost estimate of the
Congressional Budget Office] The Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, to whom was
referred the bill (H.R. 299) to amend title 38, United States Code, to clarify
presumptions relating to the exposure of certain veterans who served in the vicinity of the Republic of
Vietnam, and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do pass.
