  1. I am a victim of Agent Orange use in Viet Nam (U.S. Army-1968-69) My wife and I tried to have children after I came home but her pregnancy had to be terminated because the fetus wasn't even a fetus. It was a mass of flesh and nerve tissue in no recognizable form. My wife started to bleed and doctors had to remove the mass from her womb (a D. & C.) There was no doubt that the pregnancy was disturbed by "some chemical agent" according to the doctor. If that mass of flesh and nerve tissue had been formed enough to have been born, we would have loved it dearly, but we would have needed all the help in the world to care for it. My heart goes out to all whose family life has been affected in that manner. We went to war to protect our families, not destroy them.
