I served in the First Infantry Division in 66'-67' as a machine gunner, and in 67'-68' as a door gunner in a helicopter gunship. I have prostate cancer and diabetes, and suffer from the whole range of side effects from my cancer treatment. It has affected the quality of my retirement years considerably. I am still proud of my service to my country, but wish that Agent Orange had not been used in Vietnam.
